Why sampling speed matters
Every week spent waiting for a sample is a week your launch slips. Retail windows, crowdfunding timelines and seasonal buys do not wait for slow suppliers. That is why DUTA keeps a dedicated sample room inside the factory - staffed by senior pattern makers, not shared with bulk production.
Because the sample team sits next to the material warehouse and the production lines, questions get answered in minutes and most samples ship within 5-7 working days of confirming details.
What we need from you to start
You do not need a full tech pack - though we love them. Any of these is enough to begin:
- A sketch or rendering with rough dimensions and key features.
- A reference product or competitor link plus your desired changes.
- A physical sample you want to improve, copy or re-engineer at a better cost.
- A logo file and target retail price - we will propose structures that fit the margin.
Inside the 5-7 day process
Day 1-2: pattern making and material pulling from in-stock fabrics and trims. Day 3-5: cutting, printing or embroidery of logos, and sewing by senior sample technicians. Day 6-7: internal review against your requirements, photos and video for your confirmation, then courier dispatch with tracking.
If a special fabric or accessory must be custom ordered, we tell you the realistic timeline upfront and offer in-stock alternatives so the structure sample is never blocked.
From approved sample to bulk
The confirmed sample becomes the golden sample - the single quality reference that the production line and QC inspectors follow. Any later change is documented and re-confirmed, so what you approved is exactly what arrives in the container.
