DUTA started in 2006 with a handful of sewing machines and one simple belief: a backpack should survive years of daily use, not just look good in a catalog photo. Over 20 years we have expanded into a complete manufacturing site in Baoding, China - covering fabric inspection, cutting, printing and embroidery, sewing, assembly, metal detection and packing under one roof.
Keeping the whole chain in-house is not just a slogan. It means we control lead time, cost and quality at every step, and buyers deal with one accountable partner instead of a chain of subcontractors.
What 20 years of production teaches you
Experience in this industry is measured in solved problems: fabrics that delaminated in humid containers, zippers that failed field tests, stitching patterns that could not survive a loaded drop test. Every lesson is written into our current SOPs.
